For Retail Customer

Auckland only retail customer delivery: Monday to Friday

-Once receive payment, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your product will be delivered to your door.  Delivery time within 2-3 business days. Delivery times quoted are subject to third party acts such as courier delays and also the weather.

-Auckland region: Freight charge $15+gst per order. 

–No Rural Delivery

–No Apartment Delivery

-If the customer not at home, the driver will leave the parcel on the front doorstep or at the nearest location.

-Your frozen products should be opened from the parcel and refrigerated as soon as possible.

For Business Customer

– Customer within Auckland: Delivery Monday to Friday.

Free delivery for customer orders $150 or more per invoice.

– Customer outside Auckland: Delivery Monday to Friday. Freight charges apply. (Please contact us for details of freight charge)

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Returns: Seller may in its absolute discretion, accept a request by Customer to return Goods to Seller for credit, exchange, or refund. If Seller accepts any request by Customer under this clause, such acceptance will be conditional on Customer: (a) delivering, at its expense, the relevant Goods to Seller at Customer’s cost in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered to Customer, with a copy of Seller’s invoice, within five Business Days of Seller’s acceptance; and (b) The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Y &Y Frozen Food Limited. In the event that goods purchased from Y &Y are deficient, faulty, or short weighted, the retailer (HBS) has the right to repair, replace, or refund.
