North Island retail delivery by: Monday – Friday
-Once receive payment, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your product will be delivered to your door. Delivery time within 1-2 business days. Delivery times quoted are subject to third party acts such as courier delays and also the weather.
-Auckland region (up to 25kg): free delivery for customer order $150 or more per invoice. Otherwise, $15 fee for customer order less than $150 per invoice.
-Orewa, Silverdale, Helensville, Kumeu, Whenuapai, Titirangi, Laingholm, Clevedon, Ardmore, Pukekohe, Qainuku, Tuakau, Pokeno (up to 25kg): free delivery for customer order $150 or more per invoice. Otherwise, $15 fee for customer order less than $150 per invoice.
-Whangarei, Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Whakatane (up to 15kg): free delivery for customer order $150 or more per invoice. Otherwise, $15 fee for customer order less than $150 per invoice.
-New Plymouth, Wanganui, Levin, Wellington, Masterton, Palmerston, Palmerston North, Napier, Gisborne, Taupo (up to 10kg): $15 fee for customer order $150 or more per invoice. Otherwise, $20 fee for customer order less than $150 per invoice.

-Over weight parcel:$5 extra charge for additional 5kg or part
-Saturday delivery: $5 extra charge for Saturday delivery
-If customer not at home, driver will leave the parcel on the front doorstep or at the nearest location.
-If customer live in Apartment not at home, driver will leave a notice in their mail box for customer to pick up at their port
-Your frozen products should be opened from the polybin and refrigerated as soon as possible.

Returns: Seller may in its absolute discretion, accept a request by Customer to return Goods to Seller for credit, exchange or refund. If Seller accepts any request by Customer under this clause, such acceptance will be conditional on Customer: (a) delivering, at its expense, the relevant Goods to Seller at Customer’s cost in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered to Customer, with a copy of Seller’s invoice, within five Business Days of Seller’s acceptance; and (b) The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Y &Y Frozen Food Limited. In the event that goods purchased from Y &Y are deficient, faulty, or short weighted, the retailer (HBS) has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Risk: Any return of Goods to Seller is at Customer’s own risk. Seller is not responsible for unauthorised returns. Seller may dispose of on such basis as Seller sees fit and without liability to Customer, any Goods returned otherwise than in accordance with returns clause.
